1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Time Window: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing them.

  • Order Already Prepared: If food preparation has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and the full amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Order Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your order due to our own error or unavoidable circumstances.

  • Wrong or Incomplete Order: If you receive the wrong items or your order is incomplete (excluding customizations not mentioned during ordering).

  • Spoiled or Poor-Quality Food: If the delivered food is spoiled or unfit for consumption (photo proof may be requested).

Refund Process:

  • Contact our support team via phone or email within 2 hours of order delivery.

  • Share your Order ID and reason for the refund request.

  • We may request images or other details to process your claim.

Refund Timeline:

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Late delivery due to external factors like traffic, weather, or festivals.

  • Change of mind after the order is placed and preparation has begun.

  • Inaccurate delivery address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.

  • Issues arising due to user’s failure to inform us of allergies or food restrictions.
